The chicken stuffed with pancakes

I must admit, I was amazed to meet a dish in one of the restaurants called “chicken stuffed with pancakes (!) “. I decided to order and try. Turned out to be really tasty and so satisfying that we never got it

Nevertheless, I lay out the recipe for this dish that will probably appeal to all the home and is prepared enough. Such a dish can become a decoration of any festive table.

Soon the New Year (there is nothing left – 1 month), so I advise you to take this recipe for service.

So,

Necessary ingredients: chubby chicken weighing 1, 5 kg, finished pancakes 6-8pcs, eggs 2pcs, cheese 200g, champignons 300g, 2pcs 2pcs, black pepper, salt, seasoning

Method of preparation: cut off all fat from the chicken, gently pushing the skin on the stomach (you can also with your hands). Then, continuing to move the skin on the back, turn the legs and cut along the joint line … Cut the wings. It should be chicken with whole wings and legs. The skin can break so that it can be pulled with a regular thread. We let the chicken in a meat grinder the twisted parts.

Smat onions and mushrooms finely and fry on creamy meat until blush. Add mushrooms and onions to minced meat. We knit well with spices and salt.

The turn of the pancake came! We linen and spread a thick layer of the resulting mixture of minced meat, onions and mushrooms. We turn the pancakes with a tube and moisten abundantly pre -whipped with salt eggs. We sprinkle with grated cheese (rub to the state of coconut- finely).

The resulting pancakes are tightly stuffed with the skin of the chicken in two rows (usually it goes to 6 pieces).

We put the resulting carcass in a preheated oven not forgetting to grate with salt and spices.

Cut the finished ruddy and fantastically fragrant chicken across. It turns out very beautifully. Baking time is about 1 hour
