Good morning! Today we cook for breakfast a quick, tasty and healthy dish – omelet with vegetables. To whom, but in the morning I have no desire to stand at the stove, especially when you are in a hurry to work. So this is a recipe for omelett with vegetables in a microwave especially for such “sloths”
We will need: eggs -4pcs, milk – half a glass, a mixture of frozen vegetables “paprikash” or “lecho” – 1, 5 glasses, salt, black pepper to taste.
Preparation: put frozen vegetables in a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt and pour all this into vegetables. We put all this mixture for 20 minutes in a double boiler, and then the microwave for 10 minutes.
