To whom, and for me the cake “Bird milk” is a symbol of Soviet childhood. I then really believed that birds can give milk today I already know what and I can share the recipe for preparing such a cake.
Dough: eggs – 3pcs, sugar – 1st, butter – 100g, sour cream – 2 t. tablespoons, flour – 1 cup, cocoa – 2 st. tablespoons, soda – half a teaspoon extinguished by lemon juice.
Cream: Eggs – 3pcs, sugar – 1stacan, flour – 1st. l., Milk – half a glass, butter – 250g, lemon juice.
We decorate the cake with a glass of nuts, chocolate tiles and fruits.
Preparation actually. Mix the eggs with sugar until a homogeneous mass and complete dissolution of sugar crystals. Next, add the butter and also stir it, then sour cream, biably extinguished with lemon soda and flour. As soon as the mixture reaches the consistency of sour cream, divide the dough into 2 parts, in one of which cocoa is added and is well mixed with the same mixer.
The test received by the dough is divided into 4 more parts and we get 4 portions for baking cake.
