In the 1930s, there was a man in the United States who offered treatments and cures for various diseases while in a trance.
His name was Edgar Cayce, and he was nicknamed the “sleeping prophet.” In some of his prophecies, he stated that Atlantis would be found in 1968-1969 in the Bahamas. Therefore, when mysterious structures were found near Andros Island, one of the islands of the Bahamas archipelago, many believed that E. Cayce’s prophecy had come true.
In 1968, pilots R. Brush and T. Adams discovered a rectangle in shallow water from the air and decided that these were fragments of a building. This began the study of the remains of the alleged structures off the coast of the Bahamas.
On September 2, 1968, 800 m from Paradise Point on North Bimini Island, D. M. Valentine and his colleagues were able to discover a mysterious underwater object – the so-called Bimini Road. It is a long structure of large stones placed next to each other on the seabed near the shore. One end is curved, and the entire Road is a giant Latin letter J.
