– Of course, a huge role is played by experience that is developed from the founding of the plant in 1949. All this time we have been producing wood products. The range of products is great and constantly expanding. We are engaged in the release of windows, doors, furniture and much more. We try to use new technologies and improve quality. Releasing new products, focus on a wide range of consumers, trying to satisfy their desires. The great value is our staff. This is a powerful young team of high potential.
– How do you improve production efficiency?
– Our experts constantly monitor new technologies, conduct developments to implement them. We pay much attention to energy saving. An important role in our industry is played by young and promising specialists who can improve the quality of labor indicators and make improvements to the technological process. Therefore, we strive to create favorable working conditions to attract such personnel.
– What new technologies do you currently use?
– Our technologies in the production of window structures make it possible to produce products optimally close to the conditions of the cold winter and hot summer. The traditional design is in good demand – windows with a window. We also offer Eurookna manufactured using German technology. Recently, grinding machines were purchased at woodworking workshops. This made it possible to open the lines of optimal cutting of wood and fusing at the mini-chip. We try to improve the quality of products, increase labor productivity and expand our capabilities.
