“What a nasty thing is your flooding fish!”(C) Let’s try to diversify the festive menu with a magnificent Korean dish – hee of fish. Well, true, I have not yet met a person – who would remain indifferent to this salad/snack/meat dish. You can call it differently, but tasty just fantastic.
What is required: fish fillet -0, 3 kg, onion -100g, carrots -0, 3 kg, vegetable oil -a little more than half a glass, garlic -20g (approximately 3-5 cloves), soy sauce -50 ml, vinegar essence -20ml, Sugar -15g, dried cins -20g, ground red pepper -20g, black fragrant pepper -5g (although this is already to taste).
By the way: for hee it is better to use a carp – it contains less small bones.
Actually recipe: we cut the fillet along the ribs with fine strips (about 1 cm in width) and spread in a cup, pour the meat with 80% vinegar essence. Add sugar, salt, mix with our hands and leave in a closed dish for 5-6 hours.
After that, chop the onion, previously divided it into halves and mix it with a marinated fish, pour it all with hot vegetable oil.
Next, chop the carrots with thin strips, salt, squeeze the juice and mix with meat. Add red and black pepper, finely clogged garlic, soy sauce and cilantro seeds.
Again mix everything and let cool the meat at room temperature. Then we put in the refrigerator and serve already in cold form.
