Incredibly simple recipe for a delicious and hearty snack. Every housewife loves to surprise guests with something like that. Today I bring to your attention a recipe for stuffed Bulgarian pepper with cheese and garlic.
We will need: 2-3 large fleshy pepper (it is better to use peppers of different colors for a bunch of effect: red, yellow, green), cheese (any, to taste)-200g, garlic-3-4 cloves, sl. oil -100g, black pepper, salad leaves.
How to cook: we make a gas station: mix grated cheese in oil, finely chopped garlic, black pepper. My bell peppers under cold water and take out the core without cutting it. Remove all the seeds and stuff the prepared mixture as tightly as possible. Ready! We put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and before serving on the table we cut into circles. Due to the fact that the oil froze it will turn out very easily. We spread on a plate with salad leaves.
