A friend should be able to help you emphasize the best sides, in our case it is not to allow you to skip training, do the next repetitions with you, cheer up. You should also be able to be a partner who helps to train your friend.
What should be a partner?
Observation. This is the most important function that you can’t do without. The partner must look at your implementation technique, because this is the whole point of bodybuilding. If the exercises are not correct, then the load will not be carried out on the necessary muscle groups, there will be no promotion in weight, and in general it is so easy to injure. You will not achieve great results without the correct implementation of exercises, but we ourselves cannot follow all our movements. To pump a certain muscle, you should properly perform all movements, and in this a partner will help you, who monitors how you do it. If you train, so you finish and fulfill all the repetitions quickly, then the load that should be carried out to certain muscles will spread to a large area, together with the auxiliary.
Reliable. There is nothing better than when you come to training, and there is already a friend with whom you will now squeeze out all the juices from yourself. It is your partner who knows how to help you properly today, cheer up, remind you of constant mistakes. When you come to the hall, but a friend did not succeed today, then the motivation with which you came is already disappeared.
Pay all attention to work. During the performance, of any exercise, we know that we will end the set now and we will rest, although we need to help a friend, following his technique and insured him. In this case, we focus on ourselves, and on the fact that we need to take a breath, while losing concentration, and do not look at the work of the partner. And how he can focus on the exercise, if, for example, he presses the devilishly heavy weight and sees that you look at beautiful girls only sometimes glancing at him? At this moment he has uncertainty and fear of dropping the bar. Therefore, it is so important to follow only work, and not be distracted by something else. The partner must insure him so that he was not noticeable, as if he was not there, so as not to interfere with concentration at work to the executing set. And such a feeling will be only when the partner is reliable and you know that if you don’t squeeze, then he certainly does not miss and help you.
Not talkative. Bodybuilders observe the rule to train in silence, and admiration and praise can sound only at the right time. Today, very often you can see a company in the hall, which came to training, and instead of working in the hall, they spend 3-4 hours in it, telling each other jokes. Such training is not good because the breaks between the approaches last for 5 minutes, and not as a maximum of 2, and the mood is not to work, but to make your set faster and continue to talk.
Motivating. This is an important criterion by which it is worth choosing a partner. There can be different problems in a person in a personal life or at work. Then, having come to training, it is unlikely to pass as it should, because the head is clogged with other thoughts and concentrate very hard. In this case, affiliate support and motivation will be very helpful.
