Today, the official registration of redevelopment in the apartments of citizens has been greatly simplified, at the same time, the requirements for compliance with SNiPs and SanPins have become much more stringent.
The package of documents submitted to the “One Window” service of the Moszhilin Inspection includes:
1) a technical passport of a dwelling, which includes a floor plan and a document on the appointment of each premises (explication);
2) a certificate of the number of citizens prescribed on this housing;
3) a certificate from the EIRC on the absence of debts on payment of utilities;
4) a notarized copy of the ownership of the document;
5) a project or a sketch of the reconstruction of the premises;
6) application of the established sample.
Keep in mind that citizens receive the most refusal due to the provision of incorrectly designed design documentation, so take the work to apply for the provision of this service to the organization with the level of allowance of the SRO to allow.
If the project is developed taking into account all the current sanitary and construction norms and rules, the Moscow Zhilin Inspection will issue a redevelopment permit; After that, you can start directly to repair and construction work. If interventions in capital designs or engineering networks are planned, an act of hidden work should be drawn up; Otherwise, when accepting the redevelopment of the acceptance committee, you will be obliged to remove the decoration layer in order to make sure as the work done.
It is obvious that the process of redevelopment process is very difficult. Therefore, many citizens today prefer to turn to the service of the intermediary company, which, after receiving the power of attorney to conduct this operation, will independently pass all the stages of the reconstruction, from the moment the application is submitted to the receipt of a new technical passport to the apartment.
Separately, I would like to note the ban on interference in the supporting structures in houses built after 2007 according to the design documentation of the State Unitary Enterprise MNIITEP. The fact is that on these projects most of the typical high -rise buildings in Moscow were erected, and this ban hit a sufficiently large number of residents of high -rise buildings. And since such an intervention is impossible without coordination in the organization that developed the project, it is simply impossible to circumvent this ban, and it is not necessary, since otherwise an emergency with irreversible consequences may be created.
