I recently read the article by Vladimir Belyaev, “The secret of success is early to get up,” and since I myself have been getting up for more than six months without an alarm clock, I decided to share my experience.
How early to get up? Easily! Now I will tell you how I came to this. Me, like many of you, all my life, starting from school (I did not go to kindergarten, otherwise it would have begun earlier!), I was tormented by the problem of the morning rise. As a rule – by the alarm clock. Usually with moans. As a rule – a muddy awake of the head, the eyes do not open, but then you also need to have breakfast, but the body has not yet woken up – in general, the whole bouquet for full stress!
I would probably be so tormented, not understanding that there is an option to get rid of this. But at the beginning of the past (2010) summer, I came across a note about the miracle hours that track human biorhythms and wake him up at the best moment, tracking the phases of sleep.
“That’s great!”I thought. “We need to urgently buy such hours!” – it was the second thought. “Wow!” – this thought arose when looking at the price tag. And at that moment the brain turned on and began to look for an option how to “get into the Christmas tree, and not scratch.”.
I remembered that sometimes in my life there were moments when it was necessary to wake up at a certain time on my own, without using the alarm clock, and that I did it. The night before, going to bed, I gave myself a clear installation: “I have to wake up at 30 !” – and woke up! True, not clearly at the indicated time, but in the range plus/minus 15 minutes. But this is a completely permissible error.
And then I decided to conduct an experiment – try to get up on my own at the time specified the night before myself. And, literally at the same time, I came across an article about the benefits of early getting up, about the benefits for the body in particular and for life in general. I set myself the task – to learn how to get up in the region of 5 a.m. on my own, without an alarm clock, and a mandatory moment – sleepy and rested!
No sooner said than done! I began to accustom myself to go to bed at 10 pm, before I was soaked in the bed, I gave myself the mental attitude to “get up at 5 in the morning!” – And oh, miracle! – I began to succeed! Literally on the third – fourth day! For the first two weeks I still put an alarm clock to secure, but since the beginning of this experiment I have never used it!
Bottom line: for more than six months, I get up at 5-6 in the morning, without an alarm clock, the body wakes up itself at a time when it is convenient for him (body), I get up easily, my head is clear, the mood is good! That is, I get up in accordance with my biorhythms! And who will say that it’s bad???
Advice-recommendation: of course, you can start practicing such stood at any time. But, it seems to me, it is best to do this in spring and summer. Then nature itself stimulates and helps – and the sun rises early, and the birds sing, and the mood in the spring is, you know, restless, looking for changes… ))))))
