That is, an adequate perception is what you understand, to achieve the success of the early upsurge, you need to take some steps that you plan, and time (month). And inadequate – to start from tomorrow to get up at 5 in the morning, through force, with negative feelings, and by the end of the week to rush and bite anyone who comes up to your extended hand – your psyche simply cannot withstand constant lack of sleep!
