Frame houses are now at the peak of popularity. If earlier they were actively erected only in regions with a harsh climate, now almost everywhere. Why? In many ways, the answer to this question lies in the building materials used and in the construction technology itself, which allows you to “raise” the house from scratch in almost a week. It is clear that this will require building materials (all at once). And if even 20-30 years ago some of them were delivered from abroad, so that international air transportation was in demand, now such a need has disappeared. The most that it can be is to attract vehicles, since block structures are made in one region, and are delivered to another, located hundreds of kilometers from it.
Frame houses are really good. Their installation takes a minimum of time and can be performed by several workers, and not a whole brigade. Similar workforce savings are possible due to the fact that the assembly of structures is carried out approximately the same, as in a children’s designer. Details exactly enter each other, creating the basis of the future dwelling. Beams, blocks, racks of various diameters – all this and much more are components of the frame of the house. Given the individual sizes of the structure, they are made of wood, and mainly its solid rocks are used. Especially builders value maple properties. But no matter how wonderful it is, wood must be treated with special compassions that protect the tree from precipitation and temperature changes. These substances extend the life of the wood and add positive qualities to it. In frame houses, you can not do without metal structures. They are also covered with compositions to improve building characteristics, but by others.
Despite the type of assembly in such houses, a high strength of the frame is achieved. This is facilitated by metal brackets, plates, and sometimes spikes. They become a kind of link between larger details. It happens that consumables, given their small cost and weight, are purchased behind the ocean, for which sea transportation of goods are used. There is no point in taking wood from there – it is simply not profitable from an economic point of view.
