The offices differ in their location, landscaping and decoration, the presence of amenities and communications, in area, number of storeys, etc. p. But there is a generally accepted classification that already includes all these factors. So, for example, the rental of class B offices will cost you cheaper than A, but the former will have a little less amenities than the second. All classes are indicated by the letters of the Latin alphabet. What is behind them?
Class a
These are the best office premises. Here the rooms are in modern business centers, in the central or business areas of the city, have all the amenities inside and out. Class A office rental provides for additional services: parking, security, reception at the bottom of the business center, providing telephone and Internet lions, etc. D.
Class in
These offices will be slightly simpler than the first, but not much. Most often, the class B includes premises A, which “turned” 8-10 years old. It would seem that the location is the same, and there is a parking nearby, but the decoration is already a little “tired”, and the range of services offered to tenants initially does not meet modern realities. But such offices are an order of magnitude cheaper.
Class p
In general, these are good rooms, but located in an uncomfortable place. For example, the rental of offices for the Moscow Ring Road involves the category C, although there are more prestigious options here. Most often they are premises rented from former research institutes, factories or factories, but, of course, converted for offices.
Class D
These offices are at least amenities. In particular, this is the old repair, outdated communications, an uncomfortable location, a mismatch of international standards. But the prices for them, respectively, are the most affordable. Suitable in cases where the appearance of the office does not push the target audience, or meetings with clients are not supposed at all.
